Jennifer Cattier Joins Almanac Realty Investors as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

October 6, 2015 – New York - Almanac Realty Investors,a leading provider of growth capital to public and private real estate companies, announced today that Jennifer Cattier has joined the firm as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and will be responsible for leading its legal and compliance activities.

Cattier has over 15 years of experience representing sponsors in legal and compliance matters. Prior to joining Almanac, Cattier was Director & Senior Counsel for Deutsche Bank, providing senior counsel to Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management's alternative investments business and on various regulatory matters. Previously, Cattier worked for 12 years at Morgan Stanley in various roles covering its private investment funds businesses, including as senior counsel and as chief compliance officer for its Merchant Banking and Real Estate Investing Division. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she practiced law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities and private equity in its New York office. She holds a BS from Trinity College and a JD, Summa Cum Laude, from Brooklyn Law School.
